Sunset Point: February 2007

The second canal excavation is well underway at this point. The two large excavators are removing old coral, which is why the soil is white. Old coral compacts well and makes an excellent, stable sub-base on which to build. Early construction of one of the two sewage treamtent facilities is also documented.
